Thaddeus M. Lubbers is a licensed life & health agent in the State of Michigan and Managing Member of lubbers & associates, llc a specialized consulting firm. Thaddeus M. Lubbers received Bachelor's degree from Trinity Christian College in Business Administration and Calvin College in German. He also has completed his Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. In the corporate world, he worked for Castle Metals, Inc. in the steel industry and Freightliner of Grand Rapids, Inc in the transportation industry. His experience also includes instructing seven years for Covenant Christian High School where he taught courses ranging from Applied Economics to Conversational German. Mr. Lubbers is married to Lisa Lubbers and is the father of six children. As a managing member of lubbers & associates, his responsibilities include training and assisting individuals, businesses, and professionals, and providing a resource of expertise to them in specialized areas. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Lubbers has started, owned, run and sold a variety of businesses, and understands businesses from the inside out. He conducts financial aid and college funding seminars to help people make the college experience affordable. In addition, he works with small businesses and individuals to challenge them to create real value. In addition, he frequently speaks to businesses, group, and organizations on topics relating to profit improvement, performance enhancement, and motivation. Specifically, he finds ways to reduce their taxes, increase their income, and to add significant value to their businesses and their personal lives. He reads extensively and constantly "challenges his clients to make a prosperous difference."
Amanda Campbell, Office Manager
Mrs. Amanda Campbell has an extensive background in hospitality and customer service. Amanda manages the day to day operations of our office. She is married and is a mother to two children. Amanda is a designated Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) and volunteers in the community helping people learn more about the area. When she is not working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her family, reading and baking.
Carrie Price, Client Services Specialist
Mrs. Carrie Price has a strong background in the hospitality and customer service industry. She assists with client contact and operation of our office. She is married and the mother of one daughter. Carrie spends her free time with her family, traveling to new places and learning about architecture and design.

Mrs. Lisa Berg has her health and life insurance licenses from the State of Michigan and has a strong background in customer service. Lisa Berg specializes in health benefits and employee benefit knowledge. Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for more than eighteen years. With classes in LOMA and CEBS, Lisa Berg understands the insurance industry and works to help businesses and individual to reach their goals. Lisa is married and the the mother of two wonderful children. Lisa is a dedicated person whose knowledge and experience in group benefits is unparalled in the industry. She has extensive experience in the compilation and structuring of group benefits that exceed client expectations.
