Please submit one Parent Form for each family with dependent students.
Please submit a separate Dependent Student Form for each dependent student.
If you are considered an independent student, you should submit the Independent Student Form and do not need to submit a Parent Form. The FAFSA considers a student to be independent if he or she is married, will be in a graduate (Masters or Doctorate) program in the upcoming school year, or if he or she will be at least 24 years of age by December 31st of this year. Whether or not you live with your parents or are a dependent of your parents for tax purposes does not affect your FAFSA status.
