Thaddeus M. Lubbers, Managing Member

Thaddeus M. Lubbers is a licensed life & health agent in the State of Michigan and Managing Member of lubbers & associates, llc a specialized consulting firm. Thaddeus M. Lubbers received Bachelor's degree from Trinity Christian College in Business Administration and Calvin College in German. He also has completed his Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. In the corporate world, he worked for Castle Metals, Inc. in the steel industry and Freightliner of Grand Rapids, Inc in the transportation industry. His experience also includes instructing seven years for Covenant Christian High School where he taught courses ranging from Applied Economics to Conversational German. Mr. Lubbers is married to Lisa Lubbers and is the father of six children. As a managing member of lubbers & associates, his responsibilities include training and assisting individuals, businesses, and professionals, and providing a resource of expertise to them in specialized areas. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Lubbers has started, owned, run and sold a variety of businesses, and understands businesses from the inside out.

Amanda Campbell is a licensed health, life, and Medicare Supplement agent in the State of Michigan. She joined lubbers and associates, llc in 2013 and manages the day to day operations. She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with her associate's degree in business management with emphasis on finance. She has a unique ability to assess client needs and works to provide personalized service to each and every client. She is married and a mother to two wonderful boys. She loves to travel, bake, and enjoys the outdoors.
Lisa Berg, Group & Personal Benefits Specialist

Lisa Berg has her health and life insurance licenses from the State of Michigan and has a strong background in customer service. Lisa Berg specializes in health benefits and employee benefit knowledge. Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for more than twenty years. With classes in LOMA and CEBS, Lisa Berg understands the insurance industry and works to help businesses and individuals to reach their goals. Lisa is married and the the mother of two wonderful children. Lisa is a dedicated person whose knowledge and experience in group benefits is unparalled in the industry. She has extensive experience in the compilation and structuring of group benefits that exceed client expectations. Lisa helps clients choose and select the right Medicare supplements with Part A & Part B.
Dawn Blackburn, Executive Assistant

Dawn Blackburn joined the lubbers and associates, llc team in 2023. Dawn handles client relations and assists with day to day operations. She graduated from Fairhaven Baptist College with an associate's degree in office administration. Dawn has many years of client relation and customer service experience. She is a mother of two amazing children. She enjoys sports and the outdoors.
